Highway Systems are awful:  noise, pollution, taking valuable land space,  some poorly engineered, many other need constant repair, maintenance, add on's, etc...

LARGE GAME WILD LIFE DOES NOT USE UNDERPASSES.  Large Animals like Deer, Elk, Wild Horses, Goats,  Coyote, Etc...want to climb up by nature. They will not go down and or under a hwy.  

Scientists and Ecologists do not like road fences because it does restrict our lands and wildlife:  many necessary species  not be able to get to the other areas like the side of the fence, animals get stuck, or there is a broken spot and they do get thru and  hit by vehicles possibly killing or damaging much,
