a different day: 2 orders of - asparagus and polenta

possibly add seasonal fish.

another day: 4 orders -  House

You supply your own milk product.

Tangerines, Mini Oranges, Grapefruit,

Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries,

Grapes, Apples, etc...

Quinoa  mini cakes (served warm like pancakes):

cooked in the smallest dash of extra virgin oil oil cold pressed

Choice of:

Maple syrup  or Raw or Organic Honey - (depends on stock)

Almond Butter


Toast: multi grain. 

4 Eggs:   Scrambled or Fried


Ala Cart

Coconut that tastes like Bacon

Cheese:  Pepper Jack or Cheddar
